I prefer the path of least resistance
My approach to cooking is simple – I like to create delicious meals quickly and without a ridiculous amount of effort. A common theme that you’ll find with most of the recipes on here is that they require minimal ingredients, tools, steps and cleanup.

Flexibility is key
Even though I always include exact measurements in my written recipes, when I’m in the kitchen I tend to measure ingredients “with my heart”. For that reason, I gravitate towards creating meals that have room for lots of creativity (and a little error!).

I’m an enthusiast, not an expert
I love cooking but I still have so much to learn! I’m constantly reading up on new techniques and flavour combos in order to take my cooking game to the next level. As a regular person with a full-time job, I mostly use cooking as a super relaxing creative outlet.
