Spicy Maple Chicken Bites
Bite-sized chicken in a sweet and spicy maple sauce!

chicken broth

maple syrup

sriracha

soy sauce
low sodium

pound
chicken breasts
boneless skinless
Salt and pepper
to taste

olive oil
Optional garnishes: Chives, sesame seeds, chili flakes
Instructions
Add the chicken broth and cornstarch to a mixing bowl. Whisk until the cornstarch has dissolved.
Add maple syrup, sriracha, & soy sauce. Whisk until combined.
Cut chicken breasts into bite sized cubes and season with salt & pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium. Add chicken cubes and heat on all sides until fully cooked through (about 8 minutes total).
Add sauce mixture to the chicken and stir until it has thickened (about 2 minutes).
Sprinkle with chives, sesame seeds and chili flakes. Enjoy!
